If you're talking about texting a picture from your computer than you could send it from your e-mail to your wireless number. If you want to text a picture from someones elses cell phone to yours than this is also easy. You basically just set up a text message, add an image, and then send it to your number.

If your talking about off the computer onto your cell phone, you can email it to your phone number. If you mean like send a multimedia message, you just select the picture and click send to, and chose whoever you wanted to send it to.
