Employees can be rewarded based on their performance. I great tool that works along with bonuses and commissions is a profit sharing program- this is a great motivator! This will encourage your employees to work harder and watch spending in order to make more profit because it also benefits them.

start with points for on time then use a system like hard worker and does work without being asked and reward higer points to those who do this stuff

For a simple system, have a small stash of $10 to $50 gift cards. Give them to employees on the spot for exceptional customer service or performance. You can also give them to employees who work unpaid overtime or meet and exceed quotas. And unlike cash incentives, no income tax is owed.
