How to start an exercise routine?

Choose an exercise that you might enjoy. Decide if you'd like to do it alone or with a friend. In the morning of evening. Start slowly with half an hour at a time for 3 times a week and increase as the body allows. Listen to your body and don't overdo. You can introduce a variety of different exercise.

Start by doing something that you like to do as opposed to something you don't like to do; otherwise, you will not keep it up.

Can not put it into 30 words. Focus on your form for the first few weeks. I recommend Pairing chest/tricep Back/bicep and Legs/shoulders/abs. Inculde atleast 20 minutes of cardio 3-5days/week

You can use vedios. Or you could go to a local gym. An instructor would be able to build a routine for you
