Practice makes perfect. You should take the time to learn how every letter in the alphabet is classically created in cursive, then put them all together and play with it. If it's for a signature, you can make it as fancy or as messy as you like. Many people only distinguish the first letters of their first and last name.

The best way to do this is by studying each letter individually and then putting them all together to write your name. Your signature, on the other hand, can be a little bit different because you have more free reign to write the letters the way you want to and to mix cursive with printing.
