Your birth location should be listed on your birth certificate. You have to go to the county recorders office in the county you were born to get your birth certificate.

This information may be on your birth certificate. If you do not have a birth certificate, but do know the region where you were born, try contacting the government of that region for a copy of your birth certificate. Some areas have multiple forms of certificates, such as a long and short. Try to get the one with more information.

You can obtain your birth certificate which should have the hospital listed on it. You can get this from your local state vital statistics department. Another way to find out is to contact the adoption agency or lawyer that was used, they should be able to give you that information.
