The easiest way to do this is to compose the e-mail as a word processing document (with pictures contained therein), then save as a pdf or image file and mail the pdf/image as an attachment to an e-mail. This will ensure that the recipient will get the information/pictures in the layout you desire.

This isn't as difficult as you might thing. Most email providers allow you to drag your graphics into the body of the email. If you can't do that, then look for a link to attach an image.

This can be done by using the toolbar provided by your email host. Once you click on Compose new mail, look for the toolbar above the main email text box.
