The court who appointed you can instruct you on setting up trusts. You can also get advice from your lender at a bank.

Well actually you have to get into correspondence with the legal authorities who set you up for the beneficiary. They will instruct you on what to do further. Contact the court. If you have any other questions, you can contact a trust fund beneficiary such as the one who set up the fund.

Well, you can contact a trust fund through a bank even. So visit your financial advisor and make sure you state all of your interests. It is important to get some prior information before actually settling to set up the trust fund. You will also need to communicate with who will inherit the fund later.

If depends. You can ask the Court for direction, or ask the attorney who contacted you in the first place. You can also speak to your banker.
