How strict are Indiana child custody laws?

We are moving there and headed for a divorce.

non-custodial parent voiced no objections to moving our child to Texas where I have a lot of family. Our child has no living grandparents and no relatives other than his dad here in Indiana. Could court block move?  add a comment

While still being married, can u move out of indiana with your children and get a divorce in a another state, or will that enable u to get in trouble?
