you can not paint metal with brass, but to electrochemical deposition of a brass alloy of the metal bathroom. It is a process for specialists. Better take to a electroplating company.

You can paint with brass using any top of the line glaze. You just need to get small brushes to paint around the curves. You can use a big brush to paint normally.

You could try spray painting them. That make work, but I do not know for sure if it will. That would be my best guess. You might want to test it in a small place that is hidden from view to make sure it will work before you cover the whole brass fixture.
