Add the egg at once when you prepare the cornstarch pudding, not when cooking, not when eating otherwise it will not taste so good.

Egg should be added when preparing a cornstarch pudding because corn starch is so soft while cooking.By adding egg with the corn starch,the pudding become strong and we get a delicious taste.
