I find them about the same. Rice custard has more eggs. My recipe for rice custard pudding is 2 1/2 cup cooked rice; 1 cup sugar; 1 teas. vanilla; 1/2 cup raisins; 5 eggs, beaten, 2 cups milk; pinch of salt; Combine rice with 1/2 c. sugar, vanilla and raisins(soaked) Add other ingredients, bake at 350 for 40 minutes
