that depends on the realtor. the better the realtors reputation the more you'll end up paying for sure. But on average id say around 6-9 percent commission. Too much really but worth it in the end. Too messy to sell on your own.

The normal realtor fee is between 2 and 4 percent, which can be alot depending on the price of the house. There are some companies that have a set fee for selling a house so shop and compare.
