Depending on the condition of the car (these had a huge problem with being very unreliable and the cost of replacement and maintenance is very high as well) I would pay no more than 4,000USD After having a mechanic check it out, and this would be for a higher trim model as well.

According to Kelly Blue Book, a 2006 Estate Peugot in good condition is worth $13,455. If the car has options, the price goes up a bit.
