Unfortunately over the course of the past decade, the price that Beanie Babies are worth has gone down significantly. Most Beanie Babies, including the bears, have lost their value. The Billionaire Bear is currently worth no more than $300.

The value of 'TY Billionaire Bear: Beanie Baby' depends on which edition it is. Bear 5 is worth $245, Bear 11 $175, and Bear 7 $275. Autographed TY Billionaire Bears are worth even more; only 769 of them were numbered and then signed by Ty Warner. The autograph increases the value approximately $100-$250 per item.

Based on various price guides and eBay, it seems that the Billionaire Bears are worth anywhere from about $400 to around $4000. It depends on the number of the bear, condition, etc.
