How much is it worth as-is and how much restored?

Kelly Blue Book would be the best bet to find the price. You can check around the internet for similar cars and see what they have sold for. Also an appraiser would be in your best interest.

You can get the best figures by any of your local car dealers. They can even give you an estimate for the price of restoring it.
