Not really a millionaire but if it has not been circulated before then you could fetch up to $600 for it very easily. Check online for a better estimate for this certificate.

Circulated or not, they are rare. Depending on the condition, anywhere between $60-$600. These prices are taken from websites, sales, auctions, and appraisers. That is hardly a millionaire position, but if you have a certificate that is a $20.00 one with that date, and it has never been circulated, then $600.00 is nothing to sneeze at with today's economy.
