Modern televisions don't have fuses, or at least, none that you could replace yourself. If your television is old and actually does use a fuse, they are generally pretty cheap, less than one dollar depending on the amperage. Or... are you trying to protect your TV from power problems? Most power strips have an integrated fuse that will protect it.
