That will vary depending on the size of the 3 week old and if he or she was premature or not. For the most part a full term three month old baby will drink four to six ounces of milk or formula a feeding.

A baby that young should probably still be using a 4 oz bottle with feedings about every 3 or 4 hours. There are lot of variables and its possible for the baby to only be drinking 2 ounces at this age if it were born premature or smaller than usual.

there is no specific measurement to feed a 3 week old baby. feed him with only breast milk whenever he is hungry. 3 weeks old babies were always hungry. they must get enough breast milk to maintain their body temperature and for growth. an important thing is that feed them after every 2 hours thus we can avoid gas problems.
