Normally 14 month old toddler have to take at least 3 naps in a day. If you give
good food ventilation and without noise gives a short sleep 3 in a day. But your
time to give one up is going to good.
At this age the more they sleep, the better it is for their health. Taking naps 3-4 times a day helps the toddler to digest the milk intake and also for the body to absorb the nutrition better. This makes the child healthy.
It is very important for young children to get plenty of sleep. As long as the naps aren't interferring with her night time sleep habits, it's nothing to worry about.
