If there are 187,000 stations and they sell 344,000 galloms a day that is less than two gallons per station per day on gas and about half a gallon of deisel. pretty sure these numbers are wrong. add a comment
The last census indicated that there are between 120 to 140 thousand gas stations across our nation. There could be more since the last census was a few years ago.
