Depending on your mass body index and physical fitness, a man should be ingesting 2,200 - 3,000 calories per day. If you are a young man (under 40) living an active lifestyle, you should be taking in 2,800 to 3,000 a day. If you are older (40 and above), a range of 2,200 to 2,600 should suffice.

This will vary depending on your age, size, activity level, and weight goals. I suggest you Google "BMR calculator" and plug in your info to get a meaningful response.

A man should eat roughly 1500-1800 per day to keep your current weight. Of course, if you are very active you can eat more, because you will burn the extra calories off.

Well, it depends on the build of the man. So maybe you should multiply the amount of weight you have with the number 10 and this is the amount you should eat. But if you are overweight then you want to reduce by 500 to lose some weight in the long run.

The amount of calories a man should take in a day depends upon the age and also the weight of that person. It cannot be generaly quoted. It may vary from one person to other. But if wwe need to say ti on an average, then it can be around 2500 calories per day.
