Niacin is not guaranteed to flush drugs out of your body and can be very toxic to your liver in large doses.

Niacin doesn't clean your system out, the drugs in your system won't go out with it. You will need to drink a lot of water or vodka or some other drink will flush out your system. Never take niacin to clean your system. Don't take anything with out consulting your doctor.
