Organic eggs will keep just the same as non-organic ones i.e. up to four weeks - but you do need to know when they were laid. In fact they work better for cooking if at room temperature.

Organic eggs last about the same amount of time as regular eggs in the refrigerator. They should last about 2-3 weeks.
