All eggs can be frozen. Organic and non-organic eggs are frozen in the same manner. Crack the eggs into plastic containers with tight lids and freeze up to two months.

Same as a regular one! Don't freeze it in the shell, though. Crack it, mix it up gently, minimizing any air in the mixture, and freeze it in ice cube trays, then transfer to a bag. Thaw in the fridge and use right away. Make sure that you cook thoroughly whatever you use those eggs in.
