That's all dependent on you and how nice you are to your furniture. An inflatable chair can last anywhere from a week to a few months as long as you're kind to it. (No sharp objects or animals that claw)
You can use them more than once, but they don't normally last long. The more they are used the less time they will last. Especially with young children, patching holes will only work for so long.
