Most cases, you would start bleeding lightly after the procedure until your next menstrual cycle which should come 2-3 months later. Keep in mind that not 2 people are alike.
It will probably take any where from 6-8 weeks for a normal period to return. You will experience heavy bleeding after the abortion but this is not a period.
It is not possible to predict, because the body is completely 'confused' after an abortion. It may take two, three months and in some case even six months
