It is possible that you may never get your menstrual cycle normalized. Then again it may help stabilize it to the point where it could be like clock work. Some women can get a period the month after their shot. The hormone in this shot can act differently with each women.

Depends on dosage and your mentrual cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle, your doctor gives dose on day 21. Period should start on day 35. Check with doctor.
