Lupron is usually used in conjunction with other fertility medicines in order to do IVF. Lupron suppresses the ovaries normal responses, allowing more follicles to mature into eggs than would be possible under normal conditions.

Lupron shots can increase the chances of prostate cancer in men and birth defects in women. I would not try to get pregnant without consulting a doctor.

Since lupron puts you into premature menopause i dont think youwould get pregant but if you did you may need some progestrone to balance out your hormones

Lupron shot will be given as a treatment for endometriosis patient. After having surgery of removing the cyst,lupron shot will be given to stop period for six months. This is to ensure that the surgery wound to cure and to stop endometriosis growing again.
