How easy is it to manipulate coworkers?

If you are trying to "manipulate" co workers I hope it is for the good of the company, otherwise it sounds unethical. Getting people to do what's right is easy.

It depends on their personality types and personal motivations. Some are easier than others, but in the end it is easier to manipulate someone by motivating them to achieve a goal rather than tricking them into something suspicious.

I don't recommend doing this. It will come back and bite you later. Some people can be very easily manipulated and they won't even realize it's happening until they get a huge reality check.

Fairly easy, but it involves herd mentality. Coworker manipulation is achieved by assembling a clique to "lay down the law" or lead a coworker to believe that if he or she doesn't take a particular position or perform a certain activity that he or she will be penalized or fired.
