Any employer, with twenty or more employees, is mandated to offer their personnel or staff as well as their spouses, who are between 65 and 69 years old, the same primary health care coverage, as all employees in the company that are under the age of 65.

You will need to have 20 or more employees (full and/or part time) for this to affect you. At that point, you will be required to offer current employees aged 65-69 and their spouses the same health insurance you offer younger workers.
