You're best advised to check with your groomer- and you DO need to see a groomer every 6 wks for this kind of dog. A poodle has one kind of grooming and one kind of pelt, a Yorkie has another, and there are many styles of cuts.

An Adult yorkie Poo looks similar to a purebred yorkie, with a slightly curlier texture to the fur. Although the curliness depends on the dog, and the haircut, mostly the have short hair and have the same colors as a yorkie. They are quite cute, and are ad esigner breed.

A Yorkie Poo is a mixed breed dog so they don't all look alike. When they're cut they'll look slightly different from each other. You'll have to cut to see exactly what they'll look like.

Yorkie Poo is a small dog and its categorized as a toy dog! They have black brown, long silky coat and thats what gives them the beauty they have! If you decide to cut i would recommend a medium cut just to avoid the big shedding! If you decide to cut their hair to skin better get big rat :P

my yorkipoo has yorkie hair that gets into little locks like a poodle. the best cut on her is to cut her face like a yorkie and keep her body 1" all the way around because her fur won't stand up for a poodle cut

They give them a poodle clip and it makes them look almost like a rat with half it's hair if you would like to get a clip you need to tell them what clip you want so your dog will still be cuteand still look like itself.
