Start with acquiring 3-way switches. Each switch will have a common and two terminals for travelers. Run three-wire wiring (14-3, 12-3) between the switches. Connect the travelers to the traveler terminals (usually with the black and red conductor), and the third wire (usually the white) connects to the incoming power at one switch, with the other to the light.

Using eiter 12-3 or 14-3 type wiring between each switch box. Run one 2 wire 120v feed to one switch and run one 2 wire from second switch to the light. Tie whites together in both switch boxes. Use the black fromm 120v feed as common in one switch and the switch wire in the second switch as common.

You will need to run 14-3 between the two switches. Take power to one of the boxes and also send a switch leg up to the light from either of the boxes. Depending upon how you do it you just need to make sure you use the correct travelers and point screw when wiring up.
