To use an eyelash curler, start at the base of the lashes. Get as close as you can without getting to your eyelid. Close the eyelash curler and hold for at least 30 seconds on each eye. Next, apply mascara. Once mascara dries, re-curl your lashes for a dramatic effect.

you simply have to hold it on the sights, then press it against the eyelash you want to curl and slid it softly from the beginning of the eyelash to the end. I wouldn't use one of that because I hate rimmel.
