There are a couple of ways you can do this. The simply Star + Pound at the same time, or if that doesn't work and you've got a key pad malfunction, you'll need to have it taken in.

You will have to go online and find the Manual for the Samsung E335 phone to figure out how to unlock it. You could also try calling and speaking with a customer representative from samsung. I would do some checking into it on the internet. Look for samsung manuals.
