If it is saying "Keypad locked" press menu then *. If the phone shows "ENTER UNLOCK CODE" or "SIM PIN" try 1234 or the last 4 of your cell number.

Go to the internet and search up unlocking phones. You will find people in your area that will do it for like $5 or even show you how to do it on your own.

I guess you are talking about razr v3, and in order to unlock it you can get unlock codes from the internet very easily. Just use them.
