Take your kittens to a veterinarian. There are many types of worms and they require different treatments. Take a stool sample with you and they can find out the specific one on your kitten. Do not attempt to medicate by yourself because the wrong dose or ingredients in a particular brand can be fatal for kittens.

go to the vet and buy a good worm medicine. or to to 1800 pet meds.. you just have to give them the meds and wait it out.

They will need medication from a vet. If you dont get the medication the worms will take all of the nutrition that the kittens take in and they will get very thin and sickly. If the worms get bad enough they will die.
