Chaffing is caused by something rubbing and irritating your skin such as clothing. A good medicated cream can make the burning go away. When you can, let the area get plenty of air.

Baby powder is a big one that comes to mind. You can also try lotion, and see if you can change out whatever is causing the chaffing.
