How do you train to be a line backer?

You should start with a good strength and conditioning program consisting of core lifts such as Squats, Power Cleans, and Bench Presses. Other auxilary lifts can also be included. You should also focus on speed and agility by performing sprints, and other drills that are performed at the NFL combine. Do a lot of cardio for conditioning!

Practise your tackling abilities, and your speed, increase your strength (upper and lower body), and try and read offensive setups.
