There are several symptoms that your dog can portray such as a decrease in activity, mild loss in appetite in the beginning stages, they may be extra affectionate and you may also notice their nipples becoming larger than normal,you may notice that your dogs appetite may increase dramatically as the gestation is further along and weight gain more prominent.

Give it a few weeks if she suddenly starts getting fat you will know ight away or call the vet and ask how they would tell.
