Watch for the fish's belly getting boxy-looking and larger. The bottom and sides of the fih will start to look flat when she's a less than a week from delivery. She might also hide in the few days before delivery. The gestation period of the fish is usually 28 days but could be anywhere from 20-30 days.

You have to watch for the belly becoming larger. Fish gets very pale. The bottom and sides of the belly will take on a flattish look when she is less than a week from delivery. Shes not really eating. One more thing, she gets aggressive which is a sign of pregnancy.

THere isnt any full proof ways to know if they are pregnant. some fish dont become pregnant. the best way to tell is to see how large the belly is if it has a lot of growth its possible. the only other way to know is to watch for babies! take them out after they are born or theywill beeaten

You can always tell if your molly is pregnant because their stomachs become quite lard and rounded at fist. In the day before birth occurs, the belly becomes quite squarish.
