It may just be your molly's time, they only have a 3-5 year lifespan. If your molly is still young you should check all of the tank's levels and clean accumulated bacteria. Also, your molly may have just ate too much and she'll just have to get better as it digests. Also, check your tank for eggs, just in case.

Go online and search it I really don't think there is any other way to do it I don't think you could even call a vet about a fish.

i have an experience of 6years. its good to change the water regularly for longlife of fish. minimum u have 2 change 25% of water daily to help lower any toxins that may be present as well as reducing the number of ick parasites in water. put some salt in water as well it will help fish to feel better

The best thing would be to give it surgery. Just kidding, but seriously you should make sure the water is clean, and it is getting enough food.
