Different frogs have different requirements. Depending on the species, each tank is set up differently. The place to start is to look at where he came from. -Did you find him outside? Where was he living? -Did you purchase him from a shop? What kind of setup was he in?

You buy an aquarium and bark substrate for the basics. There should be branches for it to climb on. Make sure you get plenty of crickets as food.
