How do you send telepathic messages to people?

Some believe there is a genetic predisposition for this, but almost anyone who beleives in their ability can do it. Brain waves are electric, synapses that jump over a gap, and some believe that brain waves can operate in a similar manner to radio waves and send telepathic messages.

I concentrate on the person and the message I want to send and simply watch it drift from my mind to their mind.You have to be born with this talent.

Like other concepts not clearly supported by science, telepathy is probably based on your beliefs and the beliefs of the person with whom you're communicating, not inborn. If you believe you can concentrate your thoughts and communicate to another and that person is open to such communications, there is no need to think it's impossible.
