First, check to see if the tree will grow in your region. Then in the fall gather the seeds and plant 1" deep.

A pear tree cannot be seeded from a seed, the tree becomes from a twig and these are put to take root, once they produce sufficient roots are transferred to a plastic flowerpot with soil later to seed in the definitive place.
