How do you save a Publisher file as a GIF?

First I will install an image printer driver for my computer ,then I will print the file to the image driver ,it will take the file as a image .so i can convert the image to GIF format .

If you're using the 2007 version onwards, click on file - save as and choose GIF as the format. Otherwise, select all, then click "group", copy it (or hit print screen on your keyboard), open Paint (or a similar software) and paste. From there you can save it in GIF.

Lets divide your question into two parts: First we can export the publisher file to an bmp with save as. After that, you can make with gimp a gif file.
