How do you run the agility exercise called "suicides?"

Suicides are sprint based. Generally, you have several lines over a short space - each line the same distance apart. You sprint to the first line, then back, then the second line, then back - and so on until you reach the end and sprint back (no stopping allowed).

Suicides are done on a basketball court. The runner will run from the baseline to the fouline and back bending down to touch the fouline before coming back to the baseline. They will then touch the baseline and repeat this with the halfcourt line, other foul line, and far baseline.

Suicides are a start-stop sprinting drill. Place a cone or marker at line A and then in ten yard increments at line B and C and D. Sprint from A to B and back, and then C and back, and then D and back. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat. It's great for team-training and is even better on hills.
