A trained counselor, male or female, till talk to you about whatever you want to talk about. It's your dime and the call shows that you are interested in reaching about, about getting help. The counselor keeps it real and about you.

A person, usually a woman, asks you what is wrong. She will listen carefully to what you have to say, then help you according to what you tell her.

You will reach a counselor that has been trained to help you work through whatever issues you are having. Sometimes talking can help you resolve alot of the problems.
