How do you respect money?

You respect money by earning it on your own. It is easy to spend another persons money. However, if you are accomplishing all of the tasks that are required to earn money then you will have an appreciation for money because you will know what it takes to earn it.

In order to respect money, one must treat it well. You can not use every dollar one makes, because you will get screwed. Money is tricky, when you have it you want to spend, but when you dont have it you want to earn. The less you spend, the safer you will be in the long run.

You need to learn the value of a dollar. I have the same problem i spend money like its nothing. You need to realize that money is hard to come by.
