To relace the pads. Remove wheel. Use mallot to free the brake drum. Use brake pliers to disconnect springs holding the pad in place. Replace. Take off the other wheel at the same time to use as a guide to reinstall the springs. F150 truck rear are drum brakes not disc.

First jack the truck up by the frame and remove the tires and wheels. Next remove the caliper and you will see the brake pads underneath. Remove the old worn pads and wipe down the dust. Finally place the new pads where the old ones were.

In order to replace the rear disc brake pads in a Ford F150 SuperCrew, the first thing you need to do is to remove the wheel and then there should be bolts holding on to the caliper, and try to push the pads out of the caliper, make sure to push the cylinder back in to flat surface.
