All you have to do is remove the wheel and remove the caliper change the brake pads and reverse the steps. After you're done bleed the brakes.

Rear brake repair is simple, just like any other car. Take off the wheels, disconnect calipers and rotors. Then put on the new rotors and change the brake pads. Put the calipers back on. Bleed the brakes then put the wheels back on.
